Antietam Exchange Club of Hagerstown, Maryland is a local service club affiliated with the National Exchange Club since 1972. Our three programs of service and our National Project, the prevention of child abuse, are lenses through which we focus energy and attention on our communities’ specific needs. The Programs of Service are Americanism, Youth Programs and Community Service.
